Can u get skating/figure skating lessons there?

Probably if you are extremely wealthy you could rent it out and bring in a trainer. However, do they offer lessons to the public? I think, no

It is a venue only

The civiv center is just a venue for public ice skating when available. They do not offer classes however, there are individuals who teach privately at tbe civic center since it is the only venue in the immediate area.
