I bet they are. The last time we were there, the convention center next door was having a big dog show; the hotel was full of dogs! Seriously, the best folks own and work at this hotel. Super nice!
Honestly, I don't remember. At that time, we didn't have a dog. Sorry. But they were very friendly people. Local people, that knew all the good place's to see. I recommend the Loco Coyote grill. Good food...
