Very nice place, Pat is usually there around 9 am to 10am in the office

Can't add anything to what folks have already responded. I will say it's a great place to spend the winter.

Its only two places for sale in the park right now call around 945 in the morning and Pat should be in the office its great place to live swimming pool recreation hall and lots of things to do in the winter live music bands etc

Call the office after 10:00 until around 11:00 as it is only open for getting the mail delivered at that time. Good luck
