Yes there is on the lots and dumping station also and overflow area has 30 amp hookups and water only
It depends on how many months you are here. I am here year around and it is $315 a month. I checked 24 rv resorts and this was tied for the cheapest while still having a nice, clean quiet resorts to live in.
offce told me spark is soldout/Rentedout but it changes daily
You will have to go to the office and find out if anything is available or not
As far as I know no rentals. You have to bring your own camper. And you have to call ahead to make a reservation to make sure there is room available
I believe they do allow nightly stays if space is available. You need to call the office during to day for details prior to your arrival.
55 and up its a retirement community nobody under 55
And pay ur own electric although water is included. It is a great place for 55 and up. We have shuffle board and bingo . Also inground pool. The staff is awesome and the owner is the best.
I'm year around and pay $350 a month. I'm sure 40 foot is not a problem. Sites have sewer and water hookups. There is a dumping station. Well managed and clean with friendly people everywhere.
I pay $350 a month for year around. Can't beat the price and the part is clean, we'll run and safe
I know that they have places for rent. But not sure on the prices, it all depends on the location of the lot
Prices you have to see management and this is a 55 plus rv park most people here are permanents. Although they do take overnighter. Beautiful park . Nick the owner is the best he's awesome 👌
Yes they have concrete pads
No.
I'm sorry but I wouldn't know. I pray you find info.
Call the office, when we left last month I did not know of any, however things change. Pat would know at the office.
I'm not sure I dont play, wife does, she says it is....
No they are not. They cater to 55 and older. If you dont fit in the click you will be thrown out. Dont bring mentally challenged family members here or they will be ostracize.
Don't know, you might want to call the office
no pickleball laundry is washing dollar dry a dollar and a quarter
I pay $315 a month and i stay here year around. I researched over 20 RV resorts and thus was the best deal. Includes water and sewage.
Plenty of children and grandchildren depending on the season. Kids are definitely allowed year round.
