How much is lot rent if you stay a year, with full hook up?

I pay $315 a month and i stay here year around. I researched over 20 RV resorts and thus was the best deal. Includes water and sewage.

I would check with the office to be sure. May depend on what you are going to live in. There is a nice older unit for sale on lot 73 I think. Third one from the end of the main street on right as you are going in.
