I've never been here but want to go, what is this place like, do you need a reservation? how do the arcade games work?

No reservations. Just show up. Get seated or go to the bar. Arcade credits are on a card. You swipe the card at the machines

They have specials Wednesday is half off games & another day is something else.

If you want a private room you need a reservation. Otherwise you go in and put money on a power card. You then swipe the card to pay for the games. They have deals on most days.
