Yes the restaurant is normal booth and table service with a clear view of the gaming area and the front door the bar is on the opposite side of restaurant.
When we went, they told us to seat ourselves and a waitress came to our table shortly after we sat. But that was for the PPV boxing fight. I've been there before and walked to the person at the front desk whos right there when you walk in and they asked how many in our party, then sat us.
