This the last time I come to this location, very bad is customer service. waiting for my care than an hour...no traffic cars just loosing time. isn't enough employees this what they say because was early slow 🤔🤔🤔

You waited in line to get your car dried off or in line to go through automatic wash bay? I've never waited that long; ever!

I've found them to be really quick even though they have a lot of customers. Sorry you had this experience. Seems like a very unusual experience or just ma it be a miscommunication on where to go for the next step in your service

My experience was not slow. I was the 1st in line so it went pretty quickly. Customer service was not super great but it was OK
