This is no longer Tommy's so if you have a monthly membership from the Plano location don't drive to this location as they will not honor your membership. All would have been fine if they had said something, send out a text or email but instead we get nothing. I drove 30 mins to this location to be told they won't honor my membership. They are no longer Tommy's yet all signs say Tommy's and all employee uniforms say Tommys even the receipt still says Tommy's. Everything Tommy's and I still had to pay. What a JOKE!

Top notch crew! Tommy Terrific’s guys found a spot of dirt on my front bumper while towel drying my vehicle so they had me run through their wash a second time free of charge to make sure my truck was extra clean. These guys take pride in their work. The best!

Really nice facility but price has almost doubled since the last time I visited. I'll probably just go back to a DIY car wash. At least I'll save some money and get some exercise.
