Stopped by here because my car was filthy due to this weather lately. The vacuums are free. The two employees were commendable. They helped above & beyond! Get the membership package. I highly recommend it. You get free car washes, hanging air freshners & disposable towel for your windows. I got the basic package for 17$. Its been well worth it. I've washed my car several times now.

Broke off my satellite "shark fin" cover. The manager told me I could submit a request to corporate but that they will definitely deny me. I wanted to get a car wash for $14 and it's costed me so much more time and about $50 in repair costs just to get it rigged back together. To actually do a full legitimate fix would cost $600. The manager told me, "Eh, it's a cheap part." Well, okay, but it hasn't had a problem in 6 years until THIS carwash. So perhaps consider that it's not the part, but that your wash is way too aggressive. He told me there was a sign before you enter the wash (but only visible after you've paid and you're in line and there's not way to go back) that says that they aren't responsible for like 20 different things that could go wrong. After reading the first 2 or 3 things you get the point that they won't take responsibility for anything, so who cares about reading the whole thing. I tell the guy yeah, I saw that sign, but this is a low profile and extremely common feature on so many cars and not some sort of aftermarket accessory or giant antenna. I've seen people coming out of the place while I'm next door at Keller's with their bumpers ripped off. If you are a decent business, you take responsibility when your service is frequently breaking people's property! That's not how this company is apparently.

Went there to wash my vehicle. And when I came out of the wash and I parked my vehicle to hoover it out. I noticed my right front triming was tore off. Can't even honor there sign for free car wash first and last time going there. Told the employee about the sign he said "corporate put sign up not us" I understand that but still should of honored it because it shows on the website aswell. This tells you what type of business they are . Update: so I emailed the email that was provided to me to respond by and it was sent over to the district manager who was nice and gave me a free wash. But as expected I went to the car wash and was waiting to be serviced a good solid 6 mins as well as this other car next to me now mind you they were not busy one guy was inside the office sitting down and another young lady was on her phone when the young man finally came to my car i explained to him the email and the free car wash I'm supposed to get and his response was "well I don't know about all that but ok" in a very rude way the way costumer service is here I will not be returning back I don't expect to be treated like a king but I won't be treated like a number either.
