Why are we not able to select seats? Bought the pass but could not select any. Computer glitch? Can't get any answer.

I always reserve and select my seats online. Works great for me.

Went down this morning to get new season tickets. Couldn't get seats on line, but got our choice of seats by going down to the Hale in person. Lot of people there.

We've never had a problem with our reservations on line.

might be sold out. CALL, they are great to work with.

I believe that you have to call the theater to select seats, we did.

I too had this problem, had to go down to theater to straighten out
