You do not need to use a mmj doctor to get your card.You just need to send the med info on your medical issue for needing cannabis.They sent me a letter stating that with my card this year.
They do not have a certification dr on site to get your mmj card if thats what you are asking.
Health for life is a dispensary. They only fill your medicinal marijuana orders. No Dr. On staff, only bud tenders.
It is illegal for a dispensary to have a certified doctor certify you on site. As it is a "conflict of interest" according to the the state.
I am not sure cause I went to a different place to get my card. Level up in Scottsdale is the place to go took me 5 mins to see the doc and you get 3 $75 gift cards to use at their dis. After you receive your card. It's a drive but worth it.
