This answer has just put 40 to 45% of any potential renters in a bad category since we just went through a bad time with Covid and possibly even a future lockdown with a Delta or Delta2 variant needed....that's why there should be a Proposition on the ballot to do away with the Landlord Tenant Act in its current form and make it illegal to use credit reports to base if someone is rental worthy...seems it violates federal law
