I see pictures of some beautiful whipped golden omlette and also of some scrambled burned omlettes. So which is it or does it depend on who is cooking that day? If so tell me what days the whipped omlettes that are not burned are being served.

I have only had great food there, but never an omelette. Friends i ate with had a beautiful omelette. That burned one truly an odd thing on a bad day. Surely you would have a new one made and not eat burned food.

Cooks are cooks. There arent "Chefs" anymore in the regular food industry unless you are paying big bucks to eat at a fancy 4 or 5 star famous place. You get what the cook(s) give you. Some care about what they present, and some just do it because they dont know how to really cook, but its all they can do. If you find you eat someplace that you like, then just wait. You wont always get the same cook or quality each time. Sometimes you get lucky.

Some people like burnt omlettes. Just make sure you tell them what you want. Excellent breakfast and great people.
