Very poor customer service here after waiting over a month to have my mower repaired, it runs worse than when I brought it in. Also they did “extra” work to my mower without my approval then hit me with the bill upon pickup.

My experience with Sarlo was excellent. They have a very Profesional and experienced staff which post covid is a rarity. I had my lawnmower back and running like new in less than a week which was also surprising this time of the year in Florida the garden service capital of the world. Best of all I feel the price was very reasonable.

Ralph, they can take a look at it and fix it for sure. My mower has a Briggs and Stratton engine, so they know the engines no matter what it is on and or powering. Mark and his team are awesome and will do good by you.
