If you get there before 5 there is a "Rainforest cafe" inside the Museum of Fine Arts but I think it closes about 6. Not much within walking distance. Bring your own picnic, no glass, and enjoy a free show. The concession stand on-site isn't too expensive concidering the show is free. Some nights they even have free give-a-ways from some of the sponsors. Enjoy the show.
There is a concession stand on site. You can also bring a picnic and sit on the lawn and enjoy the show. There are resturants nearby but not within walking distance. The nearest one I can think of is the one within the hotel nearby.

No good restaurant within walking distance. That's a major drawback of the park
There is usually one truck by the entrance to the garden pavilion.
They have food at concession stand, but on Almeda or even down Montrose are restaurants.
