Take Smith St. Exit
I-45 South towards downtown then take downtown destination exit 47c/ McKinney st exit which will lead straight towards underground theater district parking lot. Side note, Theater is closed from Harvey until 2018.
Depends on from which direction. Look for Theatre District exit.
