Is there an entrance to Wortham Center in the parking garage? If so are there stairs?

Normally there is a tunnel entrance from the 2nd floor up to the Wortham Texas Lobby, due to Harvey the tunnel is closed for repairs.

There is no direct connection. The stairs will take you to the sidewalk across the street from the Wortham where the restaurants are, and the elevator will take you to a hallway that will lead you to hallway that connects to the Wortham.
