You'd need to call the office to get an application (or call and have it mailed); give them a fee for the paperwork done - they do a credit check (needs to be a minimum of 500), a criminal background check (no criminal records for any resident are allowed), and background check to assure that you are gainfully employed, or do have provable income. They got back to me quickly so I could get into the mobile I was purchasing and get a bunch of needed work done. One main comment is that the yard lots are huge; bigger than any I'd seen in other parks!
