Not me I have been waiting for a package since last Tuesday. Called today (monday) they said it was suppose to be delivered but at 4:45pm it was not even on a truck yet. I did not get my package. Tomorrow will make it a week since it's been sitting in Northampton facility. I'm so upset.
NOPE! I had a package delivered to the wrong home and the person there was kind enough to let them know and it’s just sitting in Northampton where I can’t even go to pick it up! Not to mention they’ve lost 7 or more of my packages now! It’s not hard to read an address! These people surely aren’t able to read! Ever since the Northampton fedex opened they have caused this area nothing but grief! Oh and they took over many acres of precious farm land! I HATE FEDEX!
No I have had so many issues, most recently what I believe to be fraud/theft of my package.
I’ve been waiting for a package since Saturday has been “on the truck for delivery”. Customer service said they were going to do an investigation two days in a row after calling numerous times. Still no package
