I put this question here so people could know that the prices are not locked in and are arbitrary raised. It's more than $5 too, my last increase was $11, there was no notice, and that was a 13% increase. It appears they raise prices whenever they feel like it.
The prices go up every 6 months but its not by very much. Maybe like $5 or so.
