They require a lock on your locker but u don't have to buy one from them. I've never had any issues at armored, they even put a temp lock on for me, when I forgot to put mine back on, and called to let me know my storage was left unlocked. Very attentive management
It is a 16-foot box truck with a ramp and dolly.
