Easy to deal with, easy to setup. Deshawn was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. ( This was my first experience with public storage Deshawn is no longer there, actually no human is there it is all kiosk now.) I have adjusted my rating for Public Storage because of dramatic price increases. The facility itself is pretty standard, though 2 weeks ago when I went last, the large doors were not working making it very difficult if not impossible to move your stuff in or out. This company also increases your rent about every 6 months. There is no reward for loyalty or staying with them. In the 3 years I have had storage here my rent has increased over 200% When you call they tell you sorry, nothing we can do. It feels to me like they get you and your stuff on site and know most people do not want to have to deal with moving again.

I don't recommend this place there's never anyone insight during business hours their climate control storages are not cool at all hope my photos survive and if your even a few days late my friend didn't even get a notice that they were about to put his things up for auction no emails no phone call no text it's no wonder they give you a great deal on their sheds so they can make up the difference from selling your storage.

Jasmine was the employee that attended me for my 2pm appointment. She was very helpful and courteous. Tour was provided and rules were outlined. Reserving online will offer better prices versus walk in. No complaints on my end with this location.
