Yes they have a run for smaller dogs and the bigger run for the larger dogs. Most of all the dog park s have different or separate runs.
I would recommend taken folding play pen for pups if you want to take your pup to the park..they have some that are a decent size
They have a side for larger dogs and a side for smaller dogs. No sectioned area for puppies in training, but the big dog side is pretty large so there is plenty of area for it!
