We're looking and plan a return trip in Sept. I don't have an exact number, but best recall in the mid-$200 range. I've lived in condos before and the HOA fees were not paid via the monthly note.
I don't know anything about the financial part of Robson Ranch, but I'm sure the office can answer questions for you if you call them. I do know there is a Home Owner Association out in the development, I just don't know much about it, like fees and regulations.
