Whenever you aren't satisfied, take it back and let them know why. They will fix it.... they always do....
Forget that negative review that one guy wrote from a couple of years ago, they have definitely got it together! Call in orders are usually ready withi b 15 minutes and the buns are toasted perfectly to support all your favorite toppings and contain all that burgery-goodness! I find myself going there weekly as they're so good! My favorite burger place in the DFW. Now that I'm talking and thinking about them, I might order one right now!
