Brookdale Lake Highlands has an amazing Executive Director named Terese, who comes from a Medical background. Her compassion, knowledge and care for her residents and staff are bar none! Because she is such a Leader, her leadership reflects in her staff. Her staff is also amazing! This isn't just a job to them but they make your family member their family! Johnathan the Health and Wellness Director is just fantastic! He raises the level of care your family member gets. Tamika who is the Business Office Manager is such a hard worker but still has time to forge relationships with the residents and their family members. She is on top of everything and does it with a smile. The communication is out standing with this Facility! I could keep naming people that have made an impression on us but they know who they are and how special they are to us! I am so grateful my family lives at Brookdale Lake Highlands and is happy and is safe in their care. It relieves a lot of stress knowing they are well cared for. They go above and beyond for their residents and that includes Brookdale Home Health Erick and his staff. So if you are looking for a place for your family member to call home, have peace of mind and want good caring people taking care of your loved one, then Brookdale Lake Highlands is the place for them to be.
