My PCP agrees that I need opioids opioids because I have so many things wrong with me and my age of 58. Doctor doctor Z Ida N won't give any opiates I have read other reviews and this clinic is very bad.

It was great until they got a rude PA. She wouldn't listen and talked over you. My last visit wasHorribleu. She had me so stressed and kept saying you're at stroke level. Any way was discharged found a much better doctor that cares. He changed both of my meds. The Belbuca was such a small amount it didn't even show up in the U A. Of course she started saying I was taking my meds. Never got any relief from doctor Zidan. Had my nerves burned he said it would stop send signals to my brain to stop the pain. That was a lie still in pain. I don't recommend Texas pain to anyone not even for your dog. Don't go there. Not businesses like at all. The P A you couldn't even understand what she was trying to say. Very Rude.

If you get Covid they will not work with you. They will make your struggle with Covid much harder than it already is. I was in the hospital multiple times struggling with Covid and Dr Amir and his office made an already difficult experience even more stressful. They told me I needed to come in despite knowing I had Covid and talking down to me saying i need to quarantine for two weeks,I know that. It is like playing telephone with relaying what he said to me and what his nurses are saying to me. I tell them what he said so they go out and talk with him and come back to tell me what he meant...can we all talk like grown ups please in the same room. They are very unprofessional talking about other patients loudly (or thin walls/ open doors) where you can hear the medical history . They push shots and expensive test to run up the bill.

I have seen Dr. Khory for several months, I was a bit nervous when he left and I had to see a new doctor. I love Dr. Zidan! He is kind and thorough, he spent time with me to answer all of my question and overall seemed to care about me and improving my neck pain. All my encounters with the nursing and front office staff have been positive. Some of the prescriptions can be pricey but they make sure to give me alternative options. Cons: The office uses a phone service. This is a very frustrating process to have any questions answered, scheduling, etc. I spend way too much time on the phone and then I have to receive a call back because I have to leave a message I do not have the luxury to answer my phone at work so it tends to turn into a game of phone tag. - I usually schedule later appointments to accommodate my schedule, I have been called several times to come in early and even once to go to a separate location 45 minutes away.
