This is the best, most comfortable library❤❤❤! The librarians are all friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The best part about this library is they have a kid section with a Thomas train table, a kid kitchen and lots of kid books. Also, kids are allowed to be kids and they don't have to be silent. One of the main Librarians said it best when he said that the library is for everyone kids and adults. The only issue with this library is it is really difficult to get children to leave, 😅 they have so many activities and fun things to do that children never want to leave.❤❤❤

Hi Richard. You can get the most up-to-date information about book availability is on our website: dallaslibrary.org. If you have any trouble using the catalog, please call the branch and a staff member can check availability, and put a hold on a copy to be delivered from another location if what you need isn't on the shelf at the moment.
There isn't a drop box. Please call to make an appointment to bring in your donations. We accept new, like-new, or gently used books, audiobooks on CD, DVD/Blu-Ray and music CDs only.
Yes, it's not super big but the Children's section, and indeed the whole library, are friendly and welcoming.
