How long does anyone have to restore there drivers license and pay the restoration fee please help me with this answer

You can restore your driving priveleges at any time. In PA a license is suspended indefinite until restoration is made. FYI: A drivers suspension does not start until a letter is submitted to Penndot acknowledging the suspension. So if your suspension is for one year and you never submit the acknowledgement form but wait a year instead your suspension isn't considered served.

This is an issue with PennDot, not traffic court.
