I hate this place! No help! You call and they act as if you’re bothering them to do their job.. and people work so why not continue the one late night! Philadelphia is all about money! At least give us a few hours on Saturday

Everytime I call to speak with someone during regular business hours it continuously say's call during normal business hours and I am what's the deal with this place.
Mrs. Martins
I went to court room to help a friend. They were so kind. Good job! They treat us so respectful! I’m really happy with this.

Go here to find your scheduled hearing date: https://fjdefile.phila.gov/dockets/zk_fjd_public_qry_26.zp_trafficlist_setup_idx
Just called and the representative said she doesn't take payments over the phone
I think most days they are open until 9pm. The hours should be listed above, right under the address and phone number and such.
My name is Robert short I owe 30$$

Yes its open to the public. To get on a payment plan im pretty sure you have to see a judge when you see a judge you can argue some tickets and get them removed the lowest amount of money you can pay a month is $25

Yes from 8:30 to 3:00
Go down to 800 spring garden and they will tell you
From what I've seen each case various in my case they did on most of them but I still had to pay on the one's I agreed upon paying some yrs back there are no judges in their right now just the clerks they are just answering questions and printing out what you may owe
Just go to 8th and SpringGarden Mon-Thurs 8:30 am - 2:30 pm...with your id.....
There is a few things that could happen. Arrest, your car can be taken. You should go to PENNDOT and fix the issue. You don't want any extra problems and fines
No they do not go away
Yes Monday through Friday
You have to go to Penndot to find out
Cant there closed
Search out Traffic Court Docket database at https://www.courts.phila.gov/TrafficDockets Please note this does not list Parking tickets. Parking violations are handled by the Philadelphia Parking Authority at http://www.philapark.org/

If you request a hearing and your found guilty you can request an appeal. There is a $40.00 fee for this. However, you would have to make a payment on the tickets by either paying in full or requesting a payment plan. Traffic court will not allow you to file a appeal unless the tickets being appealed are payed.
Parking tickets are adjudicated by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. You can find information here: https://prdwmq.etimspayments.com/pbw/include/philadelphia_parking/parking_ticket_appeals.jsp
Checks, to my understanding, are usually accepted so long as there is no history of transactions that were "bounced" or reversed.
Yes. It must be a LICENSED driver that can take the car of the lot. As long as you have the release papers from PPA and proof insurance for the vehicle you can retrieve the car.
8th and spring garden...normally you could pay online however the computers have been down I can't remember customer service number message me after 9 and I'll send it to you they maybe able to take payments over the phone or advise you regarding pay pnline
The second line, middle windows. That's where the cashiers are. Have ID.
Yes U can and they'll eventually TOW it ..Went threw it already but I moved it to a safe location until I got my papers right...
If it's your first time, chances are you won't be fined. If you update the board and the stickers, they will remove most of the fines. Did they take your car with the tow truck when they stopped you?
Pay to
PPA @ 6 Payment plans & Releases of towed cars @ 5 45 Payments @ 6:30
You can restore your driving priveleges at any time. In PA a license is suspended indefinite until restoration is made. FYI: A drivers suspension does not start until a letter is submitted to Penndot acknowledging the suspension. So if your suspension is for one year and you never submit the acknowledgement form but wait a year instead your suspension isn't considered served.
The charges might be mandatory court or they could carry points.
Are you asking where you pay for your tickets?
Contact Motor vehicles they are holding up your license not the courts
No, they will only see you your scheduled time
to make a Payment to your payment plan the latest time is 6PM.
yes
The penalty information should be on the ticket. The violation does increase after 15 days.
You should contact PENNDOT for a requirements letter, this would tell you what is needed and where to go to restore a license in Pennsylvania
Motion court. Go to customer service with I'd first
Call in ahead of time and they'll give you a new date
I'm sure you can come down and update your payment plan. Drop by tomorrow. They are closed today.

I owed $280, they let me do $25/month. I'm pretty sure they will let you pay whatever you can afford monthly, and they don't care as long as your making your monthly minimum payment that you set.
