I will not be renewing my lease. Several complaints have been on neighbors above me and there has yet to be something done. Complaints range from constant noise and disrespect to throwing trash in front on my garage. The apartments are beautiful.

Yes I have this same issue! The pest problem is horrible ! I am digested living here.
