Keona that probably depends on if you got a drinking water system hooked up under your sink. Did you have one hooked up?
I have only had the system for 3 months now and I haven't had them to service it yet.
Its usually once or twice a year. That doesn't seem like a lot but it still ends up cheaper than if you decide to pay every time they come
