Customer service leaves much to be desired. Not helpful, hard to understand, refused to attempt to understand my situation. In an ovulation where empathy should be a priority it seems this place severely lacks it. I just wanted to know if they do I&D on an abscess, and what the charge was without insurance. “No señor, nosotros no hacemos eso” but it’s advertised as an offered service.
