No it's still open seating. Earlier you get there the better seats you can get or place. You can rent small lawn chairs though and they're pretty comfortable IMO.
Varying prices are due to being resale tickets.
The lawn is opening seating but they have a section where they have the rented seats you can sit on. I think they said it was technically like reserved seating in those spots cos the chairs stay in those spots whether someone paid for it or not.
