I have been hung up on twice and waiting for someone to answer call now for about 20 mins!!! I don't understand why. May we should file a complaint to Corporate ?

If its a franchise, corporate wont care. Suggestions from me are, either order online, find a different store, or find a different pizza place. Or you could give them bad reviews on google, sometimes that will get you results, not guaranteed, but it does happen.

Online is best for this location. I have attempted to order by phone when online was down...it was a trying experience, but in person staff is friendly and helpful and make great tasting pizzas.

Called and placed an order they said it will be ready in twenty five minutes. Went to pick it up they said they haven't started it and it would be an hour. Never going back.

Online is great... what happens when a messed up order is delivered? On the phone for last 2 hours, still no resolution.. Good pizza, maybe they are busy, maybe they should hire somebody else to answer the phone then... unacceptable. 0 stars!!

A really busy place, but that's only because the pizza is so great! It is difficult to get through by phone but online is so easy plus you get points and earn free pizza and get great online offers and discounts. The staff is really friendly even under pressure. Way better than those guys down the street! Love me some Pizza Hut!

I agree with you on that. Because that pizza hut has lousy service and hates to answer the phone...
