Why do they charge $1.10 for refills on soft drinks? Almost nobody charges for refills. If it was 25 or 50 cents, okay (maybe), but$1.10???

They do not charge for refills. $2.39 per drink refills included. And they still have the Carry-Out special Large 16 inch one topping for $10.99
