Will they provide transport for disabled and for people that don't want to walk in the heat?

I would think they would work to accommodate people with disabilities such as a mobility impairment... but just as the others say above, you'll probably want to call and talk to someone within the organization to confirm.

I don't think the Rangers have any official transportation to and from the parking lot. There used to be pedicabs but the city of Arlington made those illegal this off season.
