Can dogs be walked there?

Dogs aren't allowed inside the visitor's center, but we went into the visitors center without our dog when we did bring our dog over to Tyler, they said you can walk your dog inside the rose garden, but not in the visitor center.

🐕 dogs must be on a leash and harness/collar with tags. Please be respectful of the beautiful rose beds. Thank you 😀 for cleaning up the deposits from your pets.

They are allowed on the grounds just not in the building.

I think so, as long as they are on a leash. They are not allowed inside the building.
