Copy of DL and form VTR-34 found on txdmv.gov. have to get in Carrollton or mail in to Austin. Easy to set up appointment online and take completed form to Carrollton, took maybe 10 mins after I got there!

The Motor Vehicle Registration office does not process driver license transactions.
You will need to contact a Texas Department of Safety office. Currently Hunt County does not have an office. You will need to go to an office in a different county.

I live in Union valley but I’m working in Austin I’m coming in Fri. To renew my vehicle registration ,last year when I came from out of town I couldn’t get it done due to a NTTA had an issue,where can I chk to see if there are any issues now.

If you owe tolls, you have to pay or settle before you can get your registration. They suck.
