Hi, I recently went to a screening at the NYC location and had a fun time. It's a cute place, however, here are some suggestions that would've made mine and my friend's experience so much better. TABLES: there should be tray tables of some sort to be placed under the food/drinks that we order. It's hard to hold all of it and enjoy everything comfortably because you are worried about spilling on the chair, turf, or yourself. FOOD OPTIONS: There needs to be more options for people with food allergies/sensitivities/preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc). The food is good, however, very concession-style and I would think of NYC of all places to have a wider variety of food options. BLANKETS: It was sent in the email that bringing your own blankets is highly encouraged, however, I was not able to bring any of my own blankets so I was pretty cold when I went up there. It was hard for me to enjoy the movie completely without checking how much time is left. I think it would be a great opportunity for Rooftop Cinema Club to sell some comfy and warm blankets for those who would like to purchase some.

Had a great experience, but the food service needs to be better. Food should be hot not luke warm close to cold.

Their website says: "if inclement weather affects the guest experience, screenings may be cancelled." I arranged for a large group to attend a film here. The weather forecast called for rain and wind gusts during the entire duration of the film. Despite this, this organization refused to cancel the screening and offer refunds until just a few hours before, necessitating plenty of scrambling on the part of my group.
