Hey, Michelle - in the past when I needed to change / refund, I had to go to the ticket window at least 30 minutes before the show. Hopefully, though, they have changed that and can do a phone transaction for you. You may need to cancel your tickets and then purchase new ones, though, since your selected seats may not be available.
