Asked for my food to be dropped fresh... they even put special request on my order, told them I was willing to wait, no problem 10 minutes later... My double cheese burgers were dry not fresh my fries were soggy and cold ! Really ? Make someone wait for old cold dry food. Not coming here again...

My order is always incorrect. I don't know if the hiring requirements are...there aren't any requirements. Going through the drive-thru was horrible, so I started using curbside pickup. It worked out for awhile until items were missing from my orders. So if I want my orders correct, I will have to go inside the restaurant. The drive-thru or curbside pickup is not so convenient...smh.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. I've been coming to this location for a little over a year now as it's closest to me; perhaps once every other week. In that time, I've had maybe three occurrences where my order wasn't messed up or missing something. Every time I have to come back and correct something, it's as if I'm inconveniencing the staff. The last time, the manager had airpods in and was so put out by my request that they correct my order, I was taken aback. I will now make the trip out of my way to go to any McDonald's but this one.

This place is a wreck when it comes to customer service. The food is not up to McDonald’s standards. The manager is asking the customers what they ordered, she could not keep up with the screen. This place had 18 orders pending and the staff could not figure it out or keep up. The shift manager is in over her head. The franchiser who owns this store should be fired cause they don’t care about their customers. Horrible establishment and one of the worst McDonald’s ever! Yup that’s all the cheese they could spare!

Damn shame i think they have a bunch of teenagers running the store, and the teenagers don't really care about customer service or food quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yup, slow as possible. Then your order is wrong when you do get it. I stopped going there a while back, probably right after they all got their "minimum wage" raises. The quality of service went down even more then, so I go elsewhere now.
