There's the bench on one side (watch for the big hole at the end near the stage) and there may be a few tables at some shows, but for either you'll need to be be near the front of the line. For specific questions try Facebook chat with the venue. They've responded quickly there for me.
Its general admission. There is no seating tickets. There is however, a long couch next to one of the walls on the East side of the venue.
