You're right...I won't take it again...the last time 2 months ago I was going to Dallas, Tx, the vast majority of the seats were down and I had a Don Juan as a partner. I went all the way with my back without supporting it on the seat. And on the way back I took the San Antonio and 5 minutes after leaving the city, even without leaving the city, it stopped at a restaurant for about 20 minutes and before arriving in Laredo Tx they changed us to another bus for no apparent reason... fatal, it's not a good line of bus
