Half the time the gates won't open, and there's no one to let you out as you sit there in a line full of cars trying to backup and turn around the wrong way. I find it funny that the gates always and I mean always let you in but when you want out that's a problem. The garage is built in such a way that finding your car is very very difficult. Trust me you will have a hard time finding your car. This garage is awful.

Parked here at 2PM left at 11PM on a Saterday. Went to watch the Dallas Stars that evening. Nice little walk of 20min to the American Airlines center. Paid 5 dollar with credit card while driving out. Make sure you don't queue at the contractor exit but take public exit. They had a guy driving around in a cart in case issues with payment occur.

We parked here on a Saturday for our date day, we walked to the Dallas Farmers Market, had dinner at the Irish Pub, and had tickets to a concert at The Statler. Secure and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We parked around 3pm and left around 11:30pm, it only cost $5. If we're in the area again we will park here.

I've parked there regularly for 3 years. Never experienced or heard of any crime issues in the garage!
they also have an early bird price of $8 a day if you're in before a certain time and out after a certain time. but i can't remember what those exact times are, sorry
