I've removed carb screw and wired governor on my coleman ct200u ex. Now I keep blowing headline bulbs. Over-revving? Too much output for lite now? Help.

Johnny, what did you do to get the idle undercontrol? I took out governor on my ct200 an took off throttle link spring cause it wouldn't stop idling so high an wanting to run away lol what can I do
