They do not sell dogs. They sell high end pet food, treats, and pet supplies. They also offer grooming.
Get your dog from a rescue or a responsible breeder NEVER from a pet store. The pet store typically carries 'puppy mill's dogs, that are raised in horrible conditions, with no regard for their health. :(
They partner with a local humane society which brings in cats. This how we adopted our kitty. The staff were very attentive to her and we underwent a rigorous set of interviews to adopt her. They also have a greyhound rescue that is there (or was there before the pandemic hit) about once a month.
Healthy Pet does not sell cats or dogs, but has supplies for both. They work with and donate food and supplies to local rescues, including Greyhound Rescue, Players for Pits, Rover Rescue, and other local animal shelters and rescues.
At times, they have Rescue Greyhounds and also cats that need adoption. Would need to call for when the Greyhounds would be there.
