Hi -- it can definitely depend on coat condition and what services you are looking to have performed. In general, 3-4 hours for most haircuts. At time of drop-off, the groomer should give you a window of when they expect for your pooch to be ready. Also, for first time visits, the groomers will go a little slower so that it is less stressful for the dog working with a new groomer. We have lots of dogs that have come to us because of anxiety, and our groomers will take a longer period of time so the experience is as enjoyable as possible. Hope this helps!

I left my dog there for 3 hours and when they didn't call, I just went and picked her up. They weren't done yet, so I guess it is at least 2 hours, but depends on if they start right away. My dog was not stressed when I picked her up. :)
