Went yesterday and got the crawfish special and the crawfish serving size from inside the dark dirty restaurant was large, however what I got was not small but tiny...The manager Stephen was not customer friendly and very smug and rude.

That is not their Forte. They are more high-end Seafood. If you want a crawfish house go to some of your local offerings that specialize in crawfish.

Has always been neat and clean with friendly staff. They are not a crawfish type restaurant. Try Repkas out of Pattison instead.

We had a positive experience there recently and it was clean and cozy.

Sorry have to agree with fellow commenters, Laundrys is far from dark and dirty, and our last visit about two weeks ago, the food was excellent. Staff friendly, manager visited table to see how our experience turned out. Sorry yours wasn't the same experience.

No they are NOT a crawfish house! Hard to believe ANY of the staff was not customer friendly. One of my favorite places because of customer service
